
Pastor
Shaun grew up in Southern California where
he received a degree in Christian Education from Biola University
and a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Seminary.
He and his wife, Jennie, have four daughters to whom they are
committed to give the best of their time.
Pastor Shaun previously served as a Church Planter and Assistant
Pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church in Fallbrook, CA (1999-2001),
Pastoral Intern and College Director at North City Presbyterian
Church (PCA) in Poway, CA (1995-1999), and Director of Youth and
College Ministry at Cornerstone Community Church (PCA) in Artesia,
CA (1992-1995).

Pastor
Bill spent twenty years in the
machine tool industry doing engineering and sales before he and
his wife, Sandy, moved to Pittsburgh. With six of their seven
children in tow, Bill attended Reformed Presbyterian Theological
Seminary. Following seminary, Bill was Organizing Pastor of Grace
Presbyterian Church in Port Allegany, PA, and then pastor to its
daughter church in Wellsville, NY. From there Sandy and Bill (the
kids were then all out on their own) moved to Philadelphia where
Bill pursued further studies at Westminster Theological Seminary.
Bill and Sandy moved back to Pittsburgh to care for Bill’s
aging mother. Since then, Bill has served as interim pastor and
stated supply at various churches in the area, and now is Assistant
Pastor here at View Crest.
Mr. Curt Emerick was
born in Washington, PA and grew up in Peters Township. He
received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics as well as a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business Administration from Geneva College. He
married Kari Pence in 2000 and has one young daughter.
Curt is a Senior Accountant for Matrix Solutions. Previously,
Curt was a general Accountant for Vitac Corporation and worked
in the accounting department of AEA Technology Engineering Software,
Inc.
Curt has been an elder since 1998 and a member of View Crest
since 1986. He has attended View Crest since the day he was born. Curt
also often teaches Adult Sunday School and Senior High Sunday
School.
Mr. Doug Glenn grew
up in Meadville, PA and received a BA in Business Administration
from Grove City College in 1984 as well as a MA in Economics
from
Wichita State. He married Mary Kimpel in 1984 and has three
daughters and a son.
Doug is the Publisher for BNP Media in Scott Township, a suburb
in the south hills of Pittsburgh. Previously, he worked
for SECO/WARWICK Corporation in Meadville, PA. Prior to
that he taught at the high school level for five years at a private
Christian college prep school in Wichita, Kansas.
Doug has been an elder at View Crest since January 2005 and a
member since 2002. Doug also teaches Adult Sunday School
and helps with the children's Sunday School program. He is currently
the Clerk of Session.
Mr. Lew Colosimo grew
up in Greensburg, PA, the fourth of five children.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Geneva College in 1989. He
married Susan Emerick in 1992 and has two young sons.
Lew is currently employed in Pittsburgh, PA with the U.S. Department
of Justice. Previously, he was a counselor with Adelphoi Village,
which consists of several group homes for juvenile delinquents,
in Latrobe, PA. Lew was also employed at one time as a
crystal sanitizer (dishwasher) for one of the first Hoss Restaurants
to
open in PA.
Lew has been a deacon since January of 2000 and a member of View
Crest since 1991. Lew also serves as the Superintendent
of the Sunday School program and can often be found teaching
a
Sunday School class.
Mr. Kerry Black
was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He attended Penn Technical
Institute and has worked for Verizon since 1968 as a Power Space
and Frame Engineer. He retired from the Air National Guard in
1991 after 23 years of service.
Kerry married Kathy Rose King in 1978 and has four children -
a son and three daughters. He became a member of View Crest in
1979 and has served as both an elder and deacon. Kerry is currently
a deacon for View Crest. In the past, Kerry has been the Sunday
School superintendent as well as a substitute Sunday School teacher.
